Stop Wilfing

Most of us spend too much time Wilfing on the internet. I'm guilty! Too easily I am distracted and lose my thread - there's so much of interest out there. How to keep focus and go for info that I originally started looking for. Need to take checkpoints in order to follow original threads. (Even as I type this I'm thinking of other things I need to google for!) Maybe there is a technique or software to help??

Remember When...

Just for a minute, forget everything stressful and read this.
Go back in time…
Before the Internet or the Apple Mac.
Before semi-automatics, joy-riders and crack.
Before SEGA or Super Nintendo. Way back...
I'm talking about Hide and Seek in the park.
The corner shop. Hopscotch. Butterscotch. Skipping. Handstands. Football with an old can.
Fingerbobs. Beano, Dandy, Buster, Twinkle and Dennis the menace. Roly Poly.
Hula Hoops, jumping the stream, building dams.
The smell of the sun and fresh cut grass.
Bazooka Joe bubble gum.

Coffee speak

o Americano: Also known as a Caffe Americano. An espresso diluted with hot water, ideal for the lactose-intolerant.
o Americano Misto: An Americano with steamed milk, at least at Starbucks. Similar to a latte without the foam (a Foamless), except that steamed milk and hot water are added half-and-half (rather than just steamed milk).
o Barista: Espresso bartender.
